THE EVENT IN A NUTSHELL...
40 pickleball enthusiasts will spend the morning playing 2 rounds of 3 doubles games each, with a short snack/hydrate break between.
Players and courts for each of the 2 rounds will be randomly decided prior to each round.
Once courts and players have been determined, each foursome will rotate partners, playing one game with each of the other players on his/her/their court, for a total of 3 games for the round.
After the break, new combinations of players and court assignments will be made. Winners of each game will be placed in a special winners raffle to be drawn at the end of the event.

I authorize the Dink, Drop Win event staff to seek medical assistance if necessary. I understand that I, not the event organizers, their respective organizations or the Town of Harwich will be responsible for any medical expenses necessary during the event hours or afterward, as a result of injury during the recreational event.
CONSENT, RELEASE FROM RECREATIONAL PARTICIPANT the undersigned , do hereby consent to my participation in voluntary, recreation event organized by Monomoy Community Services and the Harwich Children’s Fund, held at Brooks Park, property owned by the Town of Harwich , MA. I also agree to forever release the Town/City Harwich, Monomoy Community Services, the Harwich Children’s Fund and all their employees, agents, board members, volunteers and any and all individuals and organizations assisting with the operation of said recreational event ("the Releasees") from any and all claims, rights of action and causes of action that may have arisen in the past, or may arise in the future, directly or indirectly, from personal injuries to myself or property damage resulting from my participation in the Recreational Fundraising Event held at Brooks Park, May 22, 2021 (rain date May 23) . I also promise, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all legal claims and proceedings of any description that may have been asserted in the past, or may be asserted in the future, directly or indirectly, arising from personal injuries to myself or property damage resulting from participation in the Recreational Fundraising Event held at Brooks Park, May 22, 2021 ( rain date May 23). I further affirm that I have read this Consent and Release Form and that I understand the contents of this Form. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to choose not to participate in said programs.
